## How to use

1. Use the Body Vita Mist on the body at any point in the day, over bare skin.
2. Spray evenly onto desired areas of the body and gently pat until absorbed. Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
3. It can go on before a body lotion, or on its own when a lotion feels like too much.
4. As often as skin feels dry. Do not spray it over clothing to save time; the layer belongs on skin.
