The 3+ Ceramide Panthenol Moisture Barrier Cream is a 100ml cream, used as the last skincare step, morning and evening, over serum. ## How to use

1. Apply it as the final step, after your toner and any serum, so nothing thinner has to sit on top of it.
2. Take a small amount, warm it between your fingers, and press it over slightly damp skin rather than rubbing it in hard.
3. Use a thinner layer in the morning if you wear makeup, since a heavy occlusive layer can move foundation around.
4. Do not pile it on over an exfoliating acid step in the same minute, and let that step settle first.
