## How it works

The Retinol 0.1 Caffeine Revitalizing Eye Cream is a 30g eye cream, used after serum and before moisturizer, morning and evening. The active it is built around is Retinol, named twenty-seventh on its own ingredient list. The same list carries Niacinamide, Caffeine and Adenosine, so the active is not the only thing on it worth naming. How much of the Retinol stays on the skin, and for how long, is decided by the eye cream format rather than by the list alone. Anua sells this Retinol eye cream in Korea, and this is that version.

## How to use

1. Apply this cream as the last evening step, after your serum and moisturizer.
2. Use a rice grain sized amount for both eyes, patting it gently along the orbital bone rather than rubbing.
3. Start at two to three nights a week, increasing frequency only once your skin shows no flaking or irritation.
4. Do not apply it directly to the eyelid or too close to the lash line, since the thin skin there is more likely to react than the orbital bone is.

## FAQ

### Where does this eye cream go in my routine?

After serum and before moisturizer, morning and evening. Anything thinner than an eye cream goes on before it, and anything richer goes on after. If you are adding it to a routine you already like, give it a week on its own first, so what you see is the Retinol and not three changes at once.

### What else is on the list besides Retinol?

Niacinamide, Caffeine and Adenosine. The order they are printed in on this eye cream's panel is the order on the box, so you can see where Retinol sits relative to them. Further down the same panel: Hexapeptide-2, Copper Tripeptide-1 and Acetyl Hexapeptide-8.
