## How to use

1. Use the Manology 101 Free Toner 200ml for Men straight after cleansing, morning and evening, while the face is still damp.
2. Dispense an appropriate amount onto palms and gently pat onto the face until absorbed. Alternatively, moisten a cotton pad and glide it over the face in an outward motion.
3. It goes on before serum and moisturizer, and the damp layer it leaves is what the step above it holds on to.
