## How to use

1. Use the Refreshing Sea Kelp Real Deep Mask in the evening, after cleansing, in place of your toner and serum layers.
2. Peel the sheet off its backing, lay it on from the centre outward, and smooth it down along the jaw so no edge tents away.
3. Wear it for the time printed on the pack, lift it off, then pat in what it left behind rather than rinsing.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not reuse a sheet, and do not leave it on until it has gone dry.
