## How to use

1. Use the Ceramide Boosting Mask 25ml X 10P after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. Apply the sheet mask evenly to the face. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove and gently pat any remaining essence into the skin. Follow with a moisturizer. For best results, use 2 to 3 times a week.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
