## How to use

1. Use the Skin Lab Purifying Cleansing Foam as your first step, morning and evening, on a face already wet with lukewarm water.
2. Wet face, lather a small amount, massage gently for 30 to 60 seconds, then rinse. Use morning and evening. Follow with toner and moisturizer.
3. Rinse with lukewarm water and go straight on to your toner while skin is still damp, because a humectant layer has more to hold on to on a damp face.
4. Twice a day is the ceiling. Do not follow it with a second cleanse in the morning, when there is no sunscreen or makeup left on the face to remove.
