## How to use

1. Use the Centecassol Ointment as the final layer of the evening routine, over your usual moisturizer.
2. Apply to the affected area 1 to 2 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
3. Everything else goes on first. It is the outermost layer, and nothing is meant to go over it.
4. At night, as often as skin feels tight. Do not use it under sunscreen or makeup in the morning; an occlusive film gives both of them nothing to hold to.
