## How to use

1. Use the Cica Cooling Mask after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. After cleansing, apply toner. Open the pouch and adhere the mask evenly to the face. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, then remove and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin. For an enhanced cooling effect, refrigerate below 10°C before use. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and keep out of reach of children.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
