## How to use

1. Use the Post Alpha First Cooling Mask after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. Apply the mask evenly to the face. Leave on for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, then remove and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin. Refrigerate below 10°C before use for an enhanced cooling experience.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
