## How to use

1. Use it in the evening after toner, in place of your serum step.
2. Lay the sheet over clean skin and press the edges down so the gel makes full contact.
3. Leave it twenty to thirty minutes, peel it off and press the remaining gel in without rinsing.
4. Once or twice a week. Do not leave it on past the point where the gel has gone dry.
