## How to use

1. Use the Snug Calming Hair & Body Oil after shampooing, on hair towelled to damp rather than dripping.
2. Take a small amount (about the size of a large coin). Warm it between your hands, then apply to the areas of your body that feel dry most.
3. Shampoo first, this second. Leave it for the time the pack gives, then rinse.
4. Once or twice a week. Do not work it into the roots; a treatment weighs down the one part of the hair that does not need it.
