## How to use

1. Use the Vital Scalp Shampoo in place of your usual shampoo, on hair wet all the way through.
2. Thoroughly wet the scalp and hair with lukewarm water. Dispense a coin-sized amount into the palms, work into a lather, and gently massage from the oilier crown area across the scalp. Smooth the lather through the hair, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid using fingernails or rubbing the hair harshly.
3. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with your usual conditioner or treatment through the mid-lengths and ends.
4. As often as you already wash. Do not pile it straight onto dry hair; a shampoo needs water in the hair to spread at all.
