## How to use

1. Use the No Sebum Shampoo in place of your usual shampoo, on hair wet all the way through.
2. Apply an appropriate amount to wet scalp and hair. Massage gently into the scalp and hair, then rinse thoroughly with water.
3. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with your usual conditioner or treatment through the mid-lengths and ends.
4. As often as you already wash. Do not pile it straight onto dry hair; a shampoo needs water in the hair to spread at all.
