## How to use

1. Use the Pure Water Energy Seaweed Mask after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove and gently pat the remaining serum into the skin for absorption.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
