## How to use

1. Use the BLOOMING EDITION Glass Shine Lip Topper on clean lips, at any point in the day and again as the last thing before bed.
2. Apply gently along the lip line, moving from the center of the lips outward. Wear alone or layer over lipstick or lip tint.
3. It goes on last over any lip product, and on bare lips it needs nothing underneath it.
4. As often as lips feel dry. Do not reapply over and over in place of drinking water; a balm holds moisture in, it does not add any.
