## How to use

1. Use the Paradise Dream Velvet Lip Mousse 6.5ml #17 Cosy on clean lips, at any point in the day and again as the last thing before bed.
2. Apply to the center of the lips and blend outward. For a monochromatic look, blend onto the lips and cheeks using your fingertips, a brush, or a makeup sponge.
3. It goes on last over any lip product, and on bare lips it needs nothing underneath it.
4. As often as lips feel dry. Do not reapply over and over in place of drinking water; a balm holds moisture in, it does not add any.
