## How to use

1. Use the LAB TREATMENT R after shampooing, on hair towelled to damp rather than dripping.
2. Apply from mid-lengths to ends. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. May also be applied to the scalp.
3. Shampoo first, this second. Leave it for the time the pack gives, then rinse.
4. Once or twice a week. Do not work it into the roots; a treatment weighs down the one part of the hair that does not need it.
