## How to use

1. Use the Cryo Cooler at the point in the routine the pack directs, on clean skin.
2. Store in the refrigerator or freezer for over 3 hours. Wipe the cooling plate and let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes. Gently press and massage the skin. Wash under running water and wipe dry. Do not use longer than 20 minutes.
3. Clean skin underneath, and nothing layered over it until it has settled.
4. As often as the pack directs. Do not introduce it in the same week as another new leave-on product; one change at a time is the only way to read the result.
