## How to use

1. Use the pH Cleansing Gel Foam 200ml with Lactobacillus as your first step, morning and evening, on a face already wet with lukewarm water.
2. Apply a small amount to wet hands and work into a lather. Gently massage over the face, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Rinse with lukewarm water and go straight on to your toner while skin is still damp, because a humectant layer has more to hold on to on a damp face.
4. Twice a day is the ceiling. Do not follow it with a second cleanse in the morning, when there is no sunscreen or makeup left on the face to remove.
