## How to use

1. Use the Microbiome Beer Yeast Treatment after shampooing, on hair towelled to damp rather than dripping.
2. Apply the treatment to damp hair after shampooing. Massage gently into the scalp and hair. Leave it on for a few minutes to allow absorption. Rinse thoroughly with water.
3. Shampoo first, this second. Leave it for the time the pack gives, then rinse.
4. Once or twice a week. Do not work it into the roots; a treatment weighs down the one part of the hair that does not need it.
