Adding water at that point emulsifies the oil into a milky texture that rinses clean, taking the bound residue with it rather than leaving a film behind. ## How to use

1. Massage a few pumps into completely dry skin and face, working over makeup and sunscreen for about a minute. Add a small amount of water and continue massaging until the oil turns milky, then rinse fully and follow with a water-based cleanser.
