The RICE CERAMIDE ESSENCE TONER is a 250ml toner, used straight after cleansing, morning and evening, while the face is still damp. The barrier lipid it is built around is Ceramide NP, named thirty-ninth on its own ingredient list. ## How to use

1. Apply it within a minute of cleansing while the skin is still damp from rinsing.
2. Press a small pool in with flat hands, adding a second pass where the skin feels tight.
3. Take it down over the neck, since that area loses water faster than the cheeks do.
4. Do not soak a cotton pad with it, because a fuller texture stays in the cotton rather than on the skin.
