## How to use

### What is the difference between a balm and a cream?

A balm is heavier and stays on the surface longer, so it is still slowing water loss when you wake up. A cream has usually absorbed and finished by then. That is why a balm belongs at night.

### Do I use it instead of my cream or on top?
