The Beet Energy Ampoule is a 30ml ampoule, used after toner and before moisturizer, morning and evening. The active it is built around is Niacinamide, named sixth on its own ingredient list. ## How to use

1. Cleanse and tone first, then apply while the skin is still slightly damp so the fluid spreads further.
2. Press three or four drops over the whole face with flat palms instead of rubbing them in.
3. Follow with a moisturiser so the thin layer has something to sit under, since an ampoule alone is not a moisturiser.
4. Do not stack it under a heavy occlusive balm in the morning, because the finish turns tacky under makeup.
