## How to use

1. Use the Coconut Oil Shampoo 1L in place of your usual shampoo, on hair wet all the way through.
2. Apply a generous amount of shampoo to the scalp and hair. Massage gently to create a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly with water. Repeat if necessary and follow with conditioner.
3. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with your usual conditioner or treatment through the mid-lengths and ends.
4. As often as you already wash. Do not pile it straight onto dry hair; a shampoo needs water in the hair to spread at all.
