## How to use

1. Use the Damage Repair Propolis Shampoo 1L in place of your usual shampoo, on hair wet all the way through.
2. Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo to hair and scalp. Gently massage to create a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly with water.
3. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with your usual conditioner or treatment through the mid-lengths and ends.
4. As often as you already wash. Do not pile it straight onto dry hair; a shampoo needs water in the hair to spread at all.
