## How to use

1. Use the Hair Loss Relief Shampoo Scalp Strengthening 400ml (Refill) in place of your usual shampoo, on hair wet all the way through.
2. Apply an appropriate amount to wet scalp and hair. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with LABO-H Scalp Strengthening Capsule Treatment or Conditioner.
3. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with your usual conditioner or treatment through the mid-lengths and ends.
4. As often as you already wash. Do not pile it straight onto dry hair; a shampoo needs water in the hair to spread at all.
