## How it works

The panel on this toner pad names ten forms of hyaluronic acid rather than one: Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Hydrolyzed Sodium Hyaluronate, Dimethylsilanol Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hyaluronic Acid, Potassium Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Dimethylsilanol, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate. Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid is hyaluronic acid cut into much shorter fragments. The smaller the fragment, the further into the outer layer it can settle, which is why serums stack several sizes together instead of using one. On this panel it sits alongside Allantoin and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate. Allantoin is a comfrey-derived compound used to condition skin and soften the outer layer so it feels smoother. It is one of the standard additions to a formula built for easily irritated skin.

## How to use

1. Take one pad and wipe lightly outward from the centre of the face with the textured side.
2. Turn it over and press the smooth side across the cheeks and forehead to leave the essence behind.
3. Follow with a moisturiser while the skin is still damp from the pad.
4. Do not scrub dry or reactive skin with the textured face, since friction makes tightness worse.
