## How to use

1. Use the Cica Rolling Mask Pack Lacto Bifida after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. Prepare the skin with toner. Remove the mask from the pouch and apply it evenly to the face. Leave on for approximately 10 to 20 minutes, then remove and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
