## How to use

1. Use the Adsorbable Mask Sheet after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. Use toner to prepare the skin. Remove and unfold one mask sheet, then place it evenly over the face. Leave on for 20 to 25 minutes, remove, and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
