## How to use

1. Use the Mugwort Heating Therapy Pack after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. Apply a thin, even layer to the face, avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Gently massage or roll the pack with your hands until the warming effect develops, leave on for about 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
