## How to use

1. Use the Recovery Balm B after shampooing, on hair towelled to damp rather than dripping.
2. Towel-dry hair to remove excess moisture. Apply a small, even amount of the balm to damp hair, focusing on damaged areas and split ends. Use a hair dryer and/or flat iron to style hair as desired.
3. Shampoo first, this second. Leave it for the time the pack gives, then rinse.
4. Once or twice a week. Do not work it into the roots; a treatment weighs down the one part of the hair that does not need it.
