Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Water is named on the ingredient panel on this toner. Rice Bran Water is the water from washing or steeping rice bran, the traditional Korean and Japanese rinse. It is used in place of plain water as a formula base. On this panel it sits alongside Niacinamide, Adenosine and Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate. Niacinamide is vitamin B3, and it is the most studied active in Korean formulation.
