## How to use

1. Use the Real Color Eye & Lip Makeup Remover on clean lips, at any point in the day and again as the last thing before bed.
2. Shake the bottle well to mix the two phases. Soak a cotton pad with the product. Gently wipe over the eyes and lips to remove makeup. Rinse with lukewarm water if necessary.
3. It goes on last over any lip product, and on bare lips it needs nothing underneath it.
4. As often as lips feel dry. Do not reapply over and over in place of drinking water; a balm holds moisture in, it does not add any.
