## How to use

1. Use the Anti-Stress Cica:ming Treatment after shampooing, on hair towelled to damp rather than dripping.
2. Apply an appropriate amount evenly through the hair, focusing on the ends and avoiding the scalp. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Shampoo first, this second. Leave it for the time the pack gives, then rinse.
