## How it works

The panel on this moisturizer names five forms of ceramide rather than one: Ceramide NP, Ceramide NS, Ceramide AS, Ceramide AP, Ceramide EOP. Ceramide NP is the most used cosmetic ceramide, the same class of lipid that makes up roughly half the mortar between cells in the outer layer of skin. Added to a cream it slots into that structure, which is why ceramide formulas feel less leaky rather than merely greasy. On this panel it sits alongside Candida/Garcinia Cambogia Ferment and Allantoin. Garcinia cambogia fruit fermented with candida yeast. The fruit is a source of hydroxycitric acid, and fermentation supplies it alongside yeast metabolites.

## How to use

1. Use it as the last leave-on step, morning and night, on skin still damp from serum or toner.
2. A pea-sized amount for the face and a little more for the neck, pressed in with flat palms.
3. Give it a minute before sunscreen in the morning, and let it be the last thing at night.
4. Twice a day. Do not put it on before a serum, because nothing water-based spreads over a cream.
