Ceramide NP is named on the ingredient panel on this sleeping mask. Ceramide NP is the most used cosmetic ceramide, the same class of lipid that makes up roughly half the mortar between cells in the outer layer of skin. Added to a cream it slots into that structure, which is why ceramide formulas feel less leaky rather than merely greasy. On this panel it sits alongside Centella Asiatica Extract. ## How to use

1. Use the Luminous Ceramide Sleeping Pack as the final step of the evening routine, over your usual moisturizer or in place of it.
2. A thin even layer over the face, enough to leave a slight sheen and not enough to transfer onto the pillow.
3. Everything else goes on first. Rinse in the morning if a film is still there, then carry on with your usual morning routine.
4. Two or three nights a week, or nightly on dry skin. Do not layer another cream over it; it is the lid, not a middle step.
