Avena Sativa (Oat) Seed Water leads the ingredient panel on this gel cream. Oat water, used in place of much of the plain water in a formula. It carries a little of the grain's sugars and beta-glucan and is far more dilute than an extract.

## How to use

1. Use it as the last skincare step, morning and night, while the skin is still slightly damp from toner or essence.
2. A hazelnut-sized amount covers the face and neck. Press it in with flat palms instead of rubbing it around.
3. In the morning it goes under sunscreen, so give it a minute to settle first or the layer on top will roll.
4. Twice a day. Do not reach for more of it on a dry patch, layer a richer cream over the top of it instead.
