Phellodendron Amurense Bark Extract sits third on the ingredient list, ahead of most of the emulsifier system, with Paeonia Lactiflora Bark/Sap Extract fifth and Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract eighth, so the herbal extracts here are dosed high instead of dropped in at the end.
