## How to use

1. Use the LIP MATTER on clean lips, at any point in the day and again as the last thing before bed.
2. One pass over each lip is enough, taken just past the lip line rather than well beyond it.
3. It goes on last over any lip product, and on bare lips it needs nothing underneath it.
4. As often as lips feel dry. Do not reapply over and over in place of drinking water; a balm holds moisture in, it does not add any.
