## How to use

1. Use the Alpha Erguen Treatment after shampooing, on hair towelled to damp rather than dripping.
2. Apply an appropriate amount to wet hair and scalp. Massage gently, leave on for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Shampoo first, this second. Leave it for the time the pack gives, then rinse.
4. Once or twice a week. Do not work it into the roots; a treatment weighs down the one part of the hair that does not need it.
