It is over 98 percent water with trace minerals and sugars, and Korean formulas use it in place of plain water as a hydrating base. On this panel it sits alongside Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Allantoin and Portulaca Oleracea Extract. Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate is a water-soluble salt derived from licorice root.
