It is over 98 percent water with trace minerals and sugars, and Korean formulas use it in place of plain water as a hydrating base. On this panel it sits alongside Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Allantoin and Portulaca Oleracea Extract. Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate is a water-soluble salt derived from licorice root. It is the licorice fraction Korean formulas use for the look of redness, and it is far more stable in water than the whole extract.

## How to use

1. Use the For Men Birch Moisturizing Toner straight after cleansing, morning and evening, while the face is still damp.
