## How to use

1. Use the Pine Calming Cica Gel Mask after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. Prepare the skin with toner. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, remove, and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
