## How to use

1. Use the Apricot Food Mask after toner, in place of your serum step, in the evening.
2. Apply a generous, even layer to the face or areas needing relief. Gently massage into the skin, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Take it off at the time printed on the pack, pat in the essence left behind rather than rinsing, then go straight to your moisturizer.
4. Two or three evenings a week is a normal rhythm. Do not leave it on past its time; a sheet that has gone dry takes moisture back off the face as it goes.
