The panel on this toner names three forms of rice rather than one: Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Water, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Seed Water. Rice Extract is the anchor of the Korean rice-skincare category. It carries starches, amino acids and ferulic acid, and it is used for the look of dullness and for a soft, blurred finish. On this panel it sits alongside Niacinamide, Adenosine and Aspergillus Ferment. Niacinamide is vitamin B3, and it is the most studied active in Korean formulation.
