## How to use

1. Use the Hi-Gro Shampoo in place of your usual shampoo, on hair wet all the way through.
2. A palmful, worked into a lather in your hands first, then massaged into the scalp with fingertips rather than nails.
3. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with your usual conditioner or treatment through the mid-lengths and ends.
