## How to use

1. Use the Perfect Clean Lip & Eye Remover as your first step, morning and evening, on skin wet with lukewarm water.
2. Shake the bottle well to mix the oil and water layers. Gently press the cotton pad onto the eye or lip area for 5 to 10 seconds to dissolve makeup. Wipe away makeup softly without rubbing to keep skin comfortable.
