## How to use

1. Use the ACSEN TOC Toner straight after cleansing, morning and evening, while the face is still damp.
2. Dispense a couple of pumps onto the face, spread evenly, and pat lightly until absorbed.
3. It goes on before serum and moisturizer, and the damp layer it leaves is what the step above it holds on to.
4. Twice a day, every day. Do not let it dry down completely before the next layer goes on, or you lose the reason for applying it to damp skin.
